sheer pleasure

prancing like gazelles
20-year-old yoginis
leave little to our imagination
more for our proclivity
than theirs
proud and glistening
from downward dogs
and shivasanas
my lunch is less interesting
than the parade
of exclusive brand shoes
and sweatless wonders
of god’s creation
